CareerDhara is an admission counselling consultancy based in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. We provide the following services:

• Free admission counselling for B.Tech, MBA, PGDM, BBA, BCA, M.Tech, MCA, and LLB programmes
• College shortlisting and comparison based on student profile
• Guidance on entrance exams including JEE, CAT, MAT, CMAT, CLAT, and GATE
• Education loan and scholarship guidance
• Career guidance and stream selection support
• Documentation and application support

CareerDhara acts as an intermediary between students and partner educational institutions. We are not an educational institution ourselves and do not award any academic degrees or certificates.

3. Free Counselling — What It Means

CareerDhara's counselling services are provided at zero cost to students and parents. We earn a referral or placement fee from our partner institutions when a student successfully enrolls. This arrangement does not affect the objectivity of our advice — we recommend institutions based on student fit, not commission rates.

We will always disclose our partnership with any institution we recommend. You are under no obligation to enroll at any college we suggest.

4. Disclaimer

While CareerDhara makes every effort to provide accurate, up-to-date information about colleges, programmes, fees, and admission processes, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this information. College policies, fees, intake capacity, and accreditation status can change without notice.

CareerDhara strongly recommends that students and parents independently verify all information — including AICTE approval status, NAAC grades, fee structures, and placement statistics — directly with the institution before making any admission or financial commitment.

5. User Obligations

When using CareerDhara's services, you agree to:

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CareerDhara shall not be liable for:

• Any admission rejection by a partner or non-partner institution
• Changes in college fees, policies, or accreditation status after our recommendation
• Any financial loss resulting from an admission decision made on the basis of our counselling
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind

Our liability in any matter is limited to the direct and reasonable scope of our counselling service.
